Well, the results of my echocardiogram came back. Everything's normal. So, I'm evidently as healthy as a horse. Must be all that time in front of the computer - the radiation from the monitor must do me good.

Sam visited me a few weeks back, and my coworker Dave snapped this picture of Sam and I. Sam's favorite thing to do at work is to accost my coworkers for whatever interesting things they have in their cubicles. I think he's under the impression that we sit around and play with toys all day. I got an echocardiogram today. It was pretty cool, watching those valves pump away. I once did the math and it turns out my heart has beat many millions of times since I was born. It's amazing to think about. Although the results haven't been reviewed by a cardiologist yet, the technician let me know that I seemed to be just fine.
